Evelyn Yang Garland, President
Evelyn is a court-certified interpreter and ATA-certified translator in English-Chinese. She has a solid background in science and technology and received her bachelor's degree in life sciences. She later completed a master's degree in conference interpreting at the University of Maryland. Evelyn was an elected Director of American Translators Association (ATA) (2013-2019) and chaired the ATA Translation Certification Exam Chinese-to-English Graders Group. Evelyn is a frequent speaker on topics related to translation quality and technology.
